Happy Birthday Sugar Bear!

Before going running this morning, I wanted to write something for my youngest baby girl who is turning 6 today. I don't know why, but this birthday is difficult for me. 6 just seems too old for my baby, meaning my youngest (all my children are my babies.) She has been so excited for this birthday. She's been counting down the days and had to open up something this morning before going to school. Nana, she opened up your card. She said she knew it was yours because of the fish sticker. I called Radio Disney to wish her a Happy Birthday after dropping her off at school. I think it will air tomorrow, though. Later this afternoon I will bring
some princess cup cakes (she requested) to school for her class.

~Yesterday she had her Kindergarten "graduation."~

Today I will write my traditional birthday letter as I do on all my kid's birthdays. It is one of my favorite traditions. It will go in her Dear Sweet Child Letter Box from Once Upon a Family. (If you want to learn more about this go to my website http://www.familybringsjoy.com/) As a mom, it is on these special birthdays, as well as Mother's Day, that I feel so deeply blessed & honored to be a mother to my children.

Birthday Blessings,
Shan
